Vi and Caitlyn met in Act II of Arcane. Caitlyn is a topsider and an Enforcer. Vi is from the undercity and when she was younger her parents were killed by the enforcers. Information on how they meet is a spoiler for episode 4 and 5 of the first season, and can be found below.
